The Connector
From grassroots programmes to collaborative platforms, my work is rooted in expanding access to education and opportunity.
My work brings together practice, lived experience, and collaboration—advancing access to education and opportunity for children, while contributing to how education can work more effectively across communities and systems.
Over the years, this has evolved from direct community-based interventions to a growing focus on how education can work more effectively at scale.
Initiatives
Where the work comes to life.
Dolly Children Foundation
Dolly Children Foundation is a community-based organisation focused on expanding access to education for underserved children through literacy programmes, teacher training, mentorship, and school support initiatives.
Dolly Stars School
Dolly Star School is a tuition-free school model designed to demonstrate what inclusive, quality education can look like in practice.
The school provides children with access not just to formal education, but to a supportive environment that nurtures confidence, curiosity, and long-term development.
It also serves as a living model for how learning environments can be structured to better support children from underserved backgrounds.
Edufuture Conference
Edufuture is a convening platform that brings together educators, policymakers, and partners to explore practical ways to improve education systems.
Through conversations, collaboration, and shared insights, the platform connects on-the-ground experience with broader discussions about how education can evolve across Africa.
It represents a growing shift in my work—from implementing programmes to contributing to how systems are shaped.
